1. Basic Package:
Day of Coordination
This package is for the bride who has planned it all,
but still wants to be able to be worry free & enjoy the most important day of her of her life!
Before the Big Day:
-Initial meeting to discuss your ideas and needs for the day
-Unlimited email and phone consultations
-Detailed timelines for all vendors
-Vendor contract reviews
-Assistance with obtaining the appropriate wedding license
-Follow-up meeting on site(s) for final walk through and details
-Rehearsal coordination
-UNLIMITED hours on the day of event.
-
Our staff will check in with you and stay at your side through it all.
-We will be the first to arrive and the last to leave, making sure everything is perfect.
-Oversee the set-up of sites
-Management of vendors and guest relations, assuring you can participate in your event without worry
-Coordination with photographer, musicians, caterer, etc. to ensure you get everything you requested
-Processional and recessional line up coordination
-Address any last minute emergencies, details, and requests
-Our “Wedding Day Emergency Kit” on hand
-Distribute any final payments and/or tips
-Oversee event break-down and clean up
-Delivery of all gifts, bouquets, cake tops, etc to hotel room or final destination.

-Unlimited email and phone consultations
-Ceremony planning
-Recommending, scheduling and attending any remaining vendor meetings

-Detailed timelines for all vendors
-Assistance with guest accommodations
-Vendor Confirmations and answers to any remaining questions they may have
-Assistance with obtaining the appropriate wedding license
-Follow-up meeting on site(s) for final walk through and details

-Transportation coordination for all guest, vendors, and wedding party

-Guest list creation and management with state of the art guest tracking software
-Vendor recommendations for your style, tastes and budget
-Schedule and attend vendor meetings
-Contract negotiation and review for all sites and vendors
-Assistance with all stationary including: save the dates, invitations, programs, menus, place cards, etc.
-Ceremony planning including processional and recessional line up
-Assistance with guest accommodations
-Scheduling and attendance of all attire fittings
-Assistance with gift registries
-Assistance with the selection, purchase and assembly of décor items and favors
-Coordination of rehearsal, rehearsal dinner and any other pre-wedding events
-Detailed timelines for all vendors
-Assistance with guest accommodations

While there are many factors that affect the price of each individual’s event package, we have put together a basic price sheet for guidance. All of the vendor discounts
that AnewEvent receives will be passed on to the customer.
